Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within USA.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.
If you haven’t received your tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us at info@nubobaby.com.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Nubo Baby is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply to your international order.
All charges imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, customs fees) are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@nubobaby.com with your order number.
We will work directly with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an error occurs, please contact us immediately before the order has shipped.
Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
