Commercial Electronic Message Consent Information and Approval Text
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698, the Law on Regulation of Electronic Commerce numbered 6563, the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages published in the Official Gazette numbered 29417 dated July 15, 2015, and other legislation (the “Relevant Legislation”), we, Nubo Global Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Nubo”), aim to inform our valued customers about commercial electronic messages and to obtain your consent for commercial electronic communication in order to provide you with better service.
What is Commercial Electronic Message?
Commercial electronic messages refer to data, voice, and visual content messages sent electronically for commercial purposes using means such as telephone, call centers, automatic calling machines, smart voice recording systems, electronic mail, and short message services.
Commercial electronic messages may be sent to recipients with their prior consent. This consent can be obtained in writing, through any electronic communication tool, or via the Message Management System (İYS). However, separate consent is not required for commercial electronic messages related to changes, use, and maintenance of goods or services when the recipient provides their contact information for communication purposes.
Recipients have the right to refuse commercial electronic messages at any time without stating any reasons. We remind you that you can also use the same communication channel to easily and free of charge notify your refusal, regardless of the communication channel through which the commercial electronic message was sent. You can also exercise your right to refuse through the İYS.
In light of the above, upon your consent, using any communication method (SMS, email, telephone, fax, call center, etc.), we may contact you based on the information obtained from our website to provide information, promotions, advertisements, product offers, contests, campaigns, events, satisfaction surveys, and announcements related to our services.

I acknowledge, declare, and undertake that I give explicit consent for Nubo to contact me and send commercial electronic messages via any communication method (SMS, email, telephone, call center, etc.) based on the information provided through Nubo’s website. This consent is granted for purposes including providing information, promotions, advertisements, product offers, contests, campaigns, events, satisfaction surveys, and announcements related to Nubo’s services.
I further acknowledge, declare, and undertake that I am aware of my right to withdraw this consent at any time. I can notify Nubo of my refusal easily and free of charge through the same communication channel used to send the commercial electronic message, or through the Message Management System (İYS), to exercise my right to refuse.
